This week-long showcase, hosted by OCAD University, demonstrated the independent gaming scene in Toronto and beyond. With over 50 games on display, the show means to display how art is alive and well in the interactive space.

This simple, iconic identity, meant to represent the ubiquitous “Start” button, adorned promotional cards, the show’s website and video materials. It also cross-branded the show’s Twitter page and Facebook group, creating a cohesive identity across multiple social media platforms.

The identity’s bright colour palette and secondary element (the button-like pattern) reinforce the theme subtly, bring a sense of vitality and excitement, and allow for myriad configurations and uses.
